As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that build brand awareness, attract new customers, and support our business objectives. You’ll dive into market research to pinpoint target audiences, analyze competitor strategies, and provide insights that inspire impactful campaigns.


Drawing on your research and analysis, you’ll define market segments, craft tailored messaging, and continuously monitor marketing KPIs to measure and optimize campaign success. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product design, marketing strategies, and overall organizational goals are in sync—driving meaningful results and growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion Safety First: Lead by example with a safety-first mindset in every task and interaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, customer pain points, and competitive threats to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Create compelling content—case studies, white papers, webinars, and thought leadership—that elevates our brand and drives engagement.
  • Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with customers to gather testimonials, case studies, and feedback that inform product development and marketing.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Collaborate across teams to plan and execute successful product launches, updates, and campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with high-impact tools—training materials, sales decks, competitive insights, and product collateral.
  • Product Strategy: Work closely with product management to align on roadmaps and develop strategies that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Lifecycle Management: Use data and benchmarking to guide pricing, budgeting, and product development throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Event Marketing: Lead the creation and execution of our presence at customer events and national trade shows—from booth design to customer engagement.
  • Utilizing Software: Use various tools to engage with current and prospective customers, including NetSuite, Mailchimp, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • And More: Take on additional strategic initiatives as needed to support our growth.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, customer-first approach to problem-solving.
