Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design
- Experience with 508 compliance, to design and develop accessible products
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages, data presentations, and analytic ideas
- Experience working within the government or defense sectors
- Knowledge of the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC)
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design
- Ability to work with the client to define project requirements and create designs that effectively communicate key messages
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to provide ongoing support to senior-level and executive staff
- Ability to discuss project expectations, set timelines, and maintain deadlines with minimal oversight
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
