Qualifications

• Current Alabama Teacher's Certification, Bachelor's Degree or higher with an endorsement in general elementary education.

Job Responsibilities

• Use standards-based instruction to meet the needs of students at their individual levels through the content areas of math and reading.
• Assess student abilities related to student development.
• Develop and implement a program of instruction that meets individual needs and aligns with state courses of study.
• Plan and execute a variety of instructional strategies and activities suited to student capabilities.
• Manage classroom behavior and participate in student management activities.
• Attend paid training sessions to prepare for the summer program.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• SALARY: $50/hour
• FUND SOURCE: ESSER Funds
• WORK TERM: May 28, 2024 - June 27, 2024 (7:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.)
