• Translate high-level business objectives and complex workflows into clear, scalable information architectures, user journeys, and design artifacts.
• Drive design discussions and alignment by leading workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.
• Act as a thought leader, leveraging competitive analysis and data-driven insights to influence design strategy and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure design vision is maintained throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Job description:

• Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for digital platforms, focusing on both acquisition and service-oriented strategies.
• Translate high-level business objectives and complex workflows into clear, scalable information architectures, user journeys, and design artifacts.
• Drive design discussions and alignment by leading workshops with stakeholders across marketing, product, and engineering.
• Act as a thought leader, leveraging competitive analysis and data-driven insights to influence design strategy and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure design vision is maintained throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in UX design, with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience leading projects from conception to completion.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver polished, user-centered designs.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and Miro is required.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing, digital advertising, and CRM workflows
• Demonstrated ability to use data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and user research to inform and justify design decisions.
