C. Winchell Agency is hiring: Surety Bond Account Executive/Producer in Parsippa

Description : Responsible for preparing underwriting files for new surety accounts. Requesting updates for existing accounts and forwarding to surety underwriters. Issuing bid, performance/payment bonds, maintenance bonds, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, billings, releases, status inquiries, credits and riders, change orders. Assist with marketing of accounts, speaking and meeting with underwriters. Help other members of the team with placement of miscellaneous bonds and required underwriting information. Check for accuracy of both bonds' invoices and endorsements. Assist with collections of premiums and return premiums. Assist with marketing of new accounts. Assist the V.P. of surety with his daily operations and workload. Requirements : Three to five years of Surety Bond Experience required. Property and Casualty License also required.
