We are looking for a highly skilled Instructional Systems Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Los Angeles, California. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with expertise in eLearning development and a keen eye for design, who can transform educational content into engaging and visually appealing modules. The position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on innovative solutions that enhance learning experiences for veterinary professionals.

Responsibilities:
• Develop visually compelling eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform outlines, scripts, and storyboards into interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate narration, quizzes, and interactive design elements to improve learner engagement.
• Apply advanced graphic design skills to enhance visuals, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Utilize animation tools such as Vyond or After Effects to create dynamic and engaging content.
• Integrate multimedia elements, including video, photography, and other assets, to elevate module quality.
• Partner closely with the creative team to suggest design and interaction ideas that enhance training effectiveness.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Build eLearning modules focused on medical procedures, client communication, and technical training for veterinary professionals.
• Continuously refine and improve modules based on feedback to optimize learning outcomes.• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design with advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Strong portfolio showcasing eLearning projects and creative design work.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, including working within brand color palettes.
• Experience with animation tools such as Vyond or After Effects is highly preferred.
• Ability to integrate multimedia elements, including video and photography, into eLearning modules.
• Skilled in creating interactive and visually engaging content that meets learner needs.
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
