Job Description

In this role as a Senior Ad Operations Specialist you will provide and be responsible for the integrations, maintenance and troubleshooting of Shaker’s digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with a strong working knowledge of digital advertising platforms.

  • Oversee successful technical integration of clients to ensure seamless activation of media and analytics offerings
  • Provide troubleshooting support to agency, media and analytics team
  • Join client calls as needed as subject matter expert and technical resource
  • Manage JIRA board to ensure expected SLAs are met
  • Manage API integrations with ATS's
  • Provide actionable and succinct summary of issues to client services
  • Collaborate and work with Programmatic Product team
  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation
  • Build and maintain internal tools for agency
  • Additionally, may be tasked with short-to-long term projects

Job Description

In this role as a Senior Ad Operations Specialist you will provide and be responsible for the integrations, maintenance and troubleshooting of Shaker’s digital advertising campaigns. Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working in Ad Operations or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of digital media tools and ad servers – Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, META, GA4 (Google Analytics) and Display media.
  • Ability to troubleshoot pixel and URL tracking issues
  • Working knowledge of developer tools and debugging techniques
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with JSON and XML
  • Experience with RESTful APIs
  • Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to the agency in a simple and actionable manner
  • Experience with Google Cloud Talent Solutions
  • Experience with Server-to-server pixels (server-side tracking)
  • Experience using Python
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Awareness of consumer privacy laws as related to digital advertising
  • Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS)

Additional Information

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills and abilities.
