About the Team

Become a part of UKG's Advertising Team, where cross-functional collaboration is central to elevating and defining our brand presence across diverse channels. In this role, you'll be instrumental in strategically sharing our brand through a wide array of paid media platforms, including TV, digital, out-of-home (OOH), print, programmatic, and more. As a vital member of our team, you'll contribute significantly to UKG's brand visibility and market impact, playing a key role in driving the company's growth and global success.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Project Manager to lead and optimize our paid media initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness and meet business goals. This role involves managing budgets, timelines, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement persona-driven, data-informed media strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Build and manage comprehensive media plans, including platform selection, timing, and partner mix.

Coordinate with creative teams to align campaign assets and timelines for successful launches.

Act as the primary point of contact for external media agencies and partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust media plans accordingly.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, presenting insights to marketing leadership.

Explore and evaluate new media opportunities to effectively reach target audiences.

Assess media partners and placements, recommending strategic integrations into campaigns.

Support global brand awareness by collaborating with international teams on localized media efforts.

Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to key stakeholders.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in media planning or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of media channels, platforms, and buying strategies.

Experience with campaign performance metrics and optimization techniques.

Skilled in building and delivering compelling presentations.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
