Job Details

As Local Manager, you will oversee daily operations for our photo operations and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency at your venue. You will also lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals.

  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies
  • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
  • Respond to all business calls or emails promptly
  • Create and reinforce a sales culture to meet daily and monthly targets
  • Verify daily bank deposits and ensure proper financial documentation
  • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue and provide excellent guest service
  • Maintain positive vendor relations
  • Partner with the host venue for seamless operations focusing on guest service and profitability
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Manage preseason setup, breakdown, and equipment security
  • Other duties as assigned in the Employment Agreement

  • Professional attire and good hygiene
  • Availability for mandatory pre-season training
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week or as needed

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma required
  • Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
