Job Summary: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead contributes to store success by promoting a positive shopping experience, managing daily operations, optimizing inventory, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1 year of retail team lead experience
• 2 years retail experience preferred
• Passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
