Position: Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager

Reports To: General Manager or Assistant General Manager in their absence

Job Summary:

The Luxury Fashion and Timepiece Manager supports store management by achieving sales goals through superior guest service and expertise in fashion merchandise and timepieces. Responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, merchandise launches, staff training, and merchandise education.

Minimum Requirements:

• Meet or exceed three of five performance standards, including sales
• No recent Code of Conduct counseling
• DCA certified
• Minimum six months with the company or similar experience
• Complete required training modules and assessments

Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Sales (40%)

• Achieve sales and performance standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and follow-up using Clienteling

Merchandise Supervision (50%)

• Manage fashion and timepiece categories, including promotions and visual displays
• Become a Subject Matter Expert and train team members
• Coordinate vendor training and evaluate sales data to improve performance

Team Collaboration (10%)

• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Address guest concerns and support management in their absence

Physical & Work Environment:

• Stand for long periods, handle merchandise, and lift up to 10 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special event hours
