Simply Good is hiring: Graphic Designer in El Segundo

Simply Good Foods, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house Creative Services team, supporting a portfolio of well-loved brands. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, project managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver creative that connects with consumers and strengthens brand identity.

Reporting directly to the Art Director, you’ll help ensure consistency and quality across packaging, print, digital, and multimedia channels.

What You’ll Do

• Produce production-ready artwork files for print, packaging, and digital platforms.
• Partner with project managers and team leads to execute recurring design projects with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to translate creative direction into high-quality design solutions.
• Support packaging design and production while maintaining brand standards.
• Design a range of marketing assets, from digital to print to multimedia.
• Maintain an organized archive of templates and design assets.
• Contribute fresh ideas by staying up to date on design trends and best practices.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Experience creating production-ready files and working with printer/digital specifications.
• Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency across multiple formats.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or branding.
• Previous in-house creative team or agency experience.
