This is a freelance opportunity and will be hybrid, with 3 days onsite in Los Angeles, CA. At this time, we are only considering candidates located in California.

Your Responsibilities

• Digital: Design and adapt assets across web, email, landing pages, banners, social media, paid media, and digital ads. Export assets into required specs and formats for desktop and mobile.
• Packaging & Print: Design primary and secondary packaging across product families, including new launches and 3D renderings. Ensure packaging designs align with brand guidelines, consumer appeal, and compliance requirements. Prepare and package files for print with correct die-lines, dimensions, and resolution.
• Video: Edit and add typography to video content for social and digital advertising. Export and crop videos into multiple sizes and formats (MP4, GIFs).
• Translate creative briefs into compelling, clear, and visually exciting work that reflects brand standards.
• Partner closely with internal design and marketing teams to translate concepts into polished visuals.
• Present and communicate design vision effectively while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate and consistent creative.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of graphic design experience within the beauty, luxury, or wellness industry (in-house creative team or agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, packaging, print, and video design for luxury or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma, Adobe XD/Sketch, After Effects, and/or KeyShot 3D is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and lighting.
• Experience preparing files for print and packaging production, including die-lines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and thrive under tight deadlines.
• BFA/BA in Graphic Design or related field preferred; illustration and 3D rendering skills a plus.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
