Position Summary

This role involves leveraging your media expertise to meet clients’ unique business needs and understanding the consumer culture. You will identify opportunities across all media channels, work confidently with clients on innovative solutions, and stay updated on the changing media landscape to drive performance. Building insightful media plans based on data, cultural insights, and measurable outcomes is key.

Your Responsibilities

Live and breathe paid media:

  • Serve as the main media contact for clients, clearly articulating strategies and building trust.
  • Present recommendations to clients and internal teams, adapting your narrative to connect with different audiences and support decision-making.
  • Own client objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes, communicating these effectively to the team.
  • Utilize communication strategy inputs to define platform roles.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with account, strategy, and creative teams.

Spearhead smart campaigns:

  • Lead development of media plans across channels, aligning with business goals, platform priorities, creative strategies, and measurement frameworks.
  • Drive quarterly testing, thought leadership, and evaluate new partners and technologies.
  • Use your industry knowledge to assess and evolve data and tech partnerships, guiding clients through digital changes.
  • Integrate strategy with non-paid channels like CRM, email, and organic social for cohesive campaign planning.

Bring campaigns to life:

  • Manage campaign activation across platforms such as CM, SA360, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and more, optimizing performance continuously.
  • Evaluate media proposals, provide insights, and hold partners accountable for results.
  • Highlight successes and identify opportunities for future campaigns.

Lead and develop your team:

  • Manage digital activation specialists, supporting their growth and development.
  • Ensure quality assurance across campaigns, including creative, settings, budgets, and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the department’s vision and instill it within your team.

Your Background

  • 7-9 years in digital media, with at least 4 years in campaign management for Paid Social, Search, or Programmatic; retail media and influencer experience are pluses.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Experience in CPG and healthcare sectors preferred.
  • Proficient with tools like Google, DoubleClick, Adobe, TTD, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn.
  • Familiar with research tools such as ComScore, Nielsen, MRI/Simmons.
  • Understanding of asset trafficking, site tagging, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Skilled in analyzing campaign data for optimization and sharing insights for future campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and managing multiple project components.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for client meetings and new business pitches.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
