ClaimWizard is looking for a Digital Media Specialist to manage content publishing and distribution across three distinct but connected brands.

This role is about execution and amplification – not long-form writing. You’ll take content provided by our team (articles, videos, event materials), format and optimize it, and ensure it reaches the right audience on the right platform at the right time. You’ll manage social media scheduling, blog publishing, light graphic and video editing, community engagement, and even podcast production from existing video content.

What You’ll Do

Content Distribution & Scheduling

  • Upload, format, and publish blog articles written by the team, applying light SEO and tagging.
  • Schedule and publish content for all brands using Buffer across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other channels.
  • Maintain separate editorial calendars for each brand.
  • Repurpose video content into podcast episodes, handling light audio editing and publishing.
  • Maintain a consistent scheduling for content
  • Be able to document in detail any process, procedure, and SOP for content/social media

Creative Production

  • Design platform-specific graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Edit short- and long-form videos for YouTube, social media, and event coverage.
  • Capture video and photography using an iPhone for in-office, event, and promotional use.
  • Strategize new and engaging ways to gain interactions and responses
  • Effectively create a story through engaging content that is professional and consistent with branding

Community Management

  • Use Buffer to monitor and respond to comments and messages for all brands.
  • Engage with relevant industry accounts and communities to increase reach.
  • Become a continuous learner for new and cutting edge technology of content creation

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions for each brand using Buffer analytics and platform-native insights.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Produce data-driven decisions for changes, processes, and procedures
  • Report to the Operations Manager for workflow and deadlines.
  • Support promotional efforts for events, workshops, book launches, and media appearances.
  • Excellent communication skills and looks for ways to better encourage collaboration throughout the team

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Experience managing digital content for multiple brands or clients.
  • Proficiency in Buffer for social scheduling and engagement.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar.
  • Video editing and iPhone photography skills.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for blog publishing.
  • Ability to adapt short-form copy for different platforms and brand voices.
  • Light SEO skills for blog and YouTube optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Full time in-office availability in San Antonio, TX

Preferred

  • Experience with B2B brands, SaaS, or event marketing.
  • Familiarity with podcast publishing platforms and workflows.
