This role is ideal for a creative and driven PR professional with a strong background in B2B technology communications. The Senior Account Executive will lead and execute strategic campaigns, manage high-profile client accounts, and develop innovative media and influencer strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to craft compelling narratives, drive engagement across multiple channels, and mentor junior staff. This position requires exceptional writing skills, a keen understanding of media relations, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while delivering measurable results. Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong media and influencer relationships to drive coverage and engagement
  • Plan, execute, and monitor PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Coach and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance and media interactions
  • Generate content including press releases, thought leadership pieces, pitches, and social media posts
  • Manage client communications, providing counsel on opportunities, coverage, and strategic messaging
  • Participate in agency operations, including new business initiatives, networking, and team development
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI to inform future strategies


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of PR experience, preferably in B2B technology or agency environments
  • Strong media and influencer relations expertise with a proven track record of generating impactful coverage
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to execution, balancing multiple priorities
  • Experience in social media engagement, content campaigns, and amplifying media coverage
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Skilled in mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with tracking competitors, monitoring trends, and providing strategic insights
