What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media across business and industry
- Manage projects from concept through execution, including developing quarterly campaigns and PR plans
- Generate and edit various communications materials, such as press releases and award submissions
- Mentor junior staff to enhance team development and communication
- Proactively pitch media opportunities and track competitors for new strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role at an agency or startup
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and projects effectively
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Experience with social media influencer engagement and content campaigns
- Strong understanding of media relations and the ability to measure ROI of communications activities
