- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience driving operational efforts and programs across User Experience (UX) or design organizations for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) products.
- Experience analyzing and translating data into insights, leveraging insights to drive strategy across an organization, and presenting results.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in a consultant capacity or at design or research agencies.
- Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and issues.
- Ability to drive effective change management in an organization with comfort navigating ambiguous problems.
- Ability to partner with Researchers, Engineering, Designers, and other key teams to land cohesive UX strategies and programs.
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
- Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for User Experience (UX) programs by performing analysis and providing data-driven recommendations that drive the business forward by proposing actionable plans for improvement.
- Identify potential pain points across the organization and oversee efforts to create informed processes or programs to address them.
- Advocate the establishment, integration and reporting of key UX metrics that drive a culture of user-centered development and demonstrate UX impact based on organizational needs.
- Establish the goal and long term success benchmarks across product spaces and influence the definition of broader organizational programs.
- Provide operational leadership across UX teams to scale efforts that optimize resourcing, time, and funding investment. Leverage data to lead critical prioritization efforts with clear rationale.
