About the Role

We are on the lookout for a visionary and strategic leader to embrace the dual role of Executive Leader and Chief Content Curator. This is an exciting time for our organization; the right candidate will honor our legacy while guiding our transformation into a vibrant platform for the next generation of feminist thought, creativity, and community engagement. Key responsibilities will include shaping a compelling creative vision, directing editorial initiatives across diverse platforms, and enhancing our outreach and visibility. You will also serve as our chief fundraiser, nurturing relationships with donors and foundations, while leading a passionate team to uphold our mission with excellence and integrity. We seek an individual deeply inspired by our feminist mission, equipped with a strong background in fundraising, editorial expertise, and strategic engagement. Exceptional communication skills, thought leadership, and advocacy for the cultural influences in our fields are essential. This role calls for a leader who excels in both high-level strategic thinking and the daily operations of a small nonprofit. As an intergenerational connector and mentor, you should be in tune with the media preferences of younger audiences and eager to foster inclusivity across various communities. While we don’t expect any candidate to have every qualification, a blend of these experiences and qualities will position you as a strong candidate for this vital role.
