Marketing Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a knack for organization and digital tools. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in managing internal marketing workflows, supporting B2B initiatives, and ensuring the quality and consistency of marketing assets across channels. Key Responsibilities Project Management: · Own and manage the Jira board for marketing requests, ensuring timely updates, prioritization, resolution of tasks, and maintaining asset log. External Partner Support: · Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery of required materials. Competitor Intelligence Maintenance: · Maintain and update a centralized repository of competitor insights, including product launches, campaigns, creative assets, and positioning. B2B Marketing Support: · Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to support campaign execution, asset creation, and performance tracking. QA Support: · Assist in post-deployment quality assurance, checking for functionality, accuracy, and user experience across devices. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or experience, in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or related field. · 2+ years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role. · Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools. · Basic understanding of marketing and production workflows. · Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
