Responsibilities
Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests
Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests
Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
Sell memberships and retail
Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio
Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times
Qualifications
Strong management and leadership abilities
Willingness to learn
Contagious upbeat personality
Motivation and drive
Excellent customer service and sales skills
Hours are Tu-Th-4:30am-9:30am, M and W 3pm- 7pm, Saturday 7am-1:30pm
Hourly pay plus commission and bonuses
