This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a seasoned and innovative influencer marketing leader to drive impactful partnerships with leading voices in the wellness and performance space. This role blends strategy, creativity, and commercial acumen — turning cultural influence into measurable business growth.


What You’ll Do
  • Design and own the influencer roadmap, balancing cultural impact with direct-response ROI across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.

  • Lead high-profile collaborations with top creators and celebrity talent — from buzzworthy launches to long-term brand-building programs.

  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with influencers, managers, agents, and industry stakeholders in health, wellness, and performance.

  • Structure and negotiate strategic deals that deliver outsized brand and revenue results while maintaining creative integrity.

  • Experiment with scalable influencer frameworks (seeding programs, storytelling series, brand ambassadorships) that enhance reach without diluting brand equity.

  • Partner cross-functionally with paid media, creative, and product teams to amplify influencer content across all channels.

  • Monitor campaign outcomes rigorously — from sales attribution and ROI to content resonance — and feed insights back into strategy.

  • Stay ahead of market trends, platform shifts, and competitor activity to continually sharpen the influencer playbook.




Requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in influencer marketing with a proven record of ROI-positive campaigns.

  • Deep experience in the U.S. direct-to-consumer wellness space — ideally with high-growth brands in supplements, health tech, mental health, or bio-optimization.

  • Background working with high-profile influencers and/or celebrity talent (direct or via representation).

  • Commercially minded strategist who knows how to translate partnerships into tangible growth.

  • Exceptional deal-making, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong grasp of social media dynamics, cultural signals, and content trends in the U.S. market.

  • Based in the U.S. or a U.S. citizen (location-flexible).
