YOUR ROLE AS A TAZIKIS LOCAL STORE MARKETER

• Being a Tazikis Ambassador for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture
• Being a liaison between the restaurant(s) and the community
• Driving sales by inviting guests into the store
• Driving applications by promoting Tazikis Careers in the community
• Being knowledgeable of the menu and the health benefits it offers
• Introducing services offered (catering, community service, employment, etc)
• Capturing moments for digital marketing
• Ensuring the store is prepared for the newest LTO or sales special with the correct marketing materials
• Teaching store associates the skills of suggestive selling and brand promotion
• Conducting food drops to local businesses, charities and schools weekly
• Joyfully connecting with our guests at the restaurant and catered events
• Managing Social Media outlets using Tazikis resources
• Having and sharing full standard and catering menu knowledge
• Coordinating food shows, and attending catering and goodwill events
• Representing brand culture and identity, displaying proper etiquette
• Managing community and charity partnerships
• Demonstrating a professional attitude and respect for your coworkers, establishment, and the Tazikis brand

THE IDEAL LOCAL STORE MARKETER

• 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience desired, but not required
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record
• Extensive knowledge of Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software programs
• Motivated, self-initiated and team oriented
• Detail oriented and self-disciplined
• Highly responsible and dependable
• Excellent leadership, guest service, both verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to earn trust and build solid relationships
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS/HOURS:

• Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm
• Occasional nights and weekends for events
• Typically 20-30 hours per week
• Local travel is required
• This position is for the entire DFW market. Dallas, Las Colinas, Plano, & Southlake. It would require visiting each location.
