Title:Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) UX & Solutions Designer

Location: Remote

Client Industry: Professional Services/Financial Services

Compensation: $55 - $75/hr.

(6-month contract)

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

(FSC)

UX & Solutions Designer . In this role, you willDesign intuitive, compliant, and scalable

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

experiences. Lead discovery, map user journeys, and translate requirements into

Figma/Visio wireframes and clickable prototypes

aligned to the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Partner with admins, developers, and business stakeholders to implement FSC-specific data models and

Lightning pages/flows

that reduce friction for bankers, advisors, and service teams. Own usability testing, iterate on feedback, and deliver clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities Lead

discovery and journey mapping

for banking/wealth/service personas; translate needs into

Figma/Visio wireframes

and interactive prototypes.

Design

Salesforce FSC user experiences

aligned to

SLDS , emphasizing usability, accessibility, and responsive layouts.

Configure or specify

Lightning App Builder

pages,

Dynamic Forms ,

Screen Flows/Flow Builder , quick actions, and page layouts to realize designs with minimal custom code.

Collaborate with

Salesforce Admins/Devs

to deliver solutions; provide design specs, interaction notes, and assets; review builds for fidelity to design.

Define

user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional UX requirements ; participate in grooming and sprint ceremonies (Agile).

Conduct

usability testing

(prototype and pre-UAT), synthesize feedback, and iterate; support UAT and release readiness.

Document

design decisions, page/flow inventories, and standards ; contribute to a reusable

design system

for FSC experiences.

Partner with data/security teams to ensure designs respect

FSC data model

and

sharing/security

needs.

Skills Required

Salesforce FSC

expertise with practical UI/UX delivery in Lightning.

Proficiency in

Figma

and

Visio

for wireframes, prototypes, and handoff artifacts.

Working knowledge of

SLDS ,

Lightning App Builder ,

Dynamic Forms ,

Flow Builder , validation rules, and formulas.

Strong

analysis & communication

skills: process mapping, story writing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Familiarity with

Sales Cloud

and

Service Cloud ; Experience Cloud and OmniStudio are a plus.

Salesforce certifications

(Administrator, Platform App Builder, UX Designer) are a

plus .

Education& Work

Experience

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human?Computer Interaction/Design, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a

Salesforce Business Systems Analyst/Designer , including

FSC

implementations and end-to-end UI/UX delivery (wireframe -> prototype ->configured Lightning pages/flows).
