Pizza Hut Global is looking for a multi-faceted communicator with creative skills to join our Communications team, which serves as a centralized resource for our Global Functional Teams based out of our Center of Restaurant Excellence (CORE) in Plano, Texas. A successful candidate will have solid communications chops (internal and/or external) along with technical experience in creative, design, and multimedia

In this role, you will help maximize the impact of communications initiatives via traditional and multimedia storytelling. You will be charged with strategy development, campaign design, execution, measurement, and optimization of all internal communications initiatives to inform, engage, and inspire our employees and advance the Pizza Hut Global growth agenda. You will play a key role in our strategic efforts to pioneer new and innovative ways to drive our culture and bolster people capability.

Key Responsibilities: Creative, Design & Multimedia (50%) :

Serve as a design consultant and resource to Pizza Hut's Global Leadership Team and Global Functional teams (i.e., Strategy, People & Culture, Development, Operations, etc.). Tactical creative responsibilities include graphic design, PowerPoint template development, photography, and capturing and editing video content. Partner with the Global Brand Marketing team to stay closely aligned to Pizza Hut brand standards, brand positioning, and global aesthetic.

Traditional Internal Communications (40%) :

Partner with the Director of Communications to plan and execute strategic communications projects to support the brand and leadership agenda. Support traditional communication efforts - including drafting newsletters, internal announcements, and supporting day-to-day messaging needs. Manage the full lifecycle of communication campaigns from concept through execution, including planning, content development, and distribution via internal platforms. Identify, hire, and manage outside vendors to collaborate on projects, as needed. Partner with key communications contacts to help build communications and engagement capability across global markets.

Meeting Logistics Management (10%) :

Serve as project manager for broadcast-style webcasts for key stakeholders, setting a clear calendar, collecting content, coordinating rehearsals as needed, managing pre- and post-production, and serving as on-set technical director during webcasts. Partner closely with technology experts in Yum! as well as outside vendors to ensure smooth and successful broadcasts. Help to identify new, impactful, and cost-effective approaches (including identification of better technology platforms) for future communications platforms and webcasts.

Required and Preferred Qualifications:

5-7 years working experience in communications and design. Agency experience preferred. Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills, including the flexibility to adopt different voices and tailor messaging to different stakeholders. Proficient in AP Style. Strong visual style and thorough understanding of how typography, layout, color, imagery, music, and interactivity impact design & production. Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Strong understanding of the latest web design technology tools and trends. Working knowledge of CSS/HTML. Exceptional capacity for organization, project planning, working to meet specific timelines and deliverables, and regularly communicating progress against goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface with stakeholders in a way that builds confidence and demonstrates accountability - focus on customer service with a keen sense of urgency and commitment to executional excellence. An entrepreneurial spirit and highly collaborative attitude. Great attention to detail. Proven project management experience.

Salary Range: $87,100 to $92,250 annually + bonus eligibility.

This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
