Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Longmont, CO. This role will support the strategic marketing needs of our partner companies, with a strong emphasis on content-driven SEO, paid digital campaigns, blog and case study development, social media execution, and design and coordination of physical marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Development
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase search visibility for each partner company
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for organic traffic
- Write, edit, and manage the publication of blog posts, case studies, and service page content
Paid Advertising
- Plan and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on lead generation and ROI
- Optimize ad copy, targeting, and budgets for performance and relevance across all platforms
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content calendars across Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for each brand
- Create engaging content and grow each brand's online presence with consistent tone and messaging
- Track engagement and follower growth and report on performance
Marketing Collateral Design
- Design or oversee the creation of brochures, one-pagers, truck decals, trade show banners, and other physical marketing materials
- Coordinate printing, inventory, and distribution of materials as needed
- Ensure all branded content aligns with company standards and messaging
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and the Nexsite creative team to deliver projects on time
- Assist the Sales team with marketing support for presentations, proposals, and promotional efforts
- Maintain and update websites in coordination with developers and content creators
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or comparable work experience
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B/industrial services
- Proven success in SEO strategy, paid advertising, and content marketing
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong writing and editing skills for both digital and print formats
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction, utility, or infrastructure marketing
- CRM and marketing automation platform experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Photography or basic video production/editing skills
