Requirements
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Continually seek new and better ways to do things through technology and innovation, which includes but isnt limited to AI.
- Experience with managing and executing social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate status updates clearly.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
Primary Objective for this Position
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and day-to-day coordination of digital marketing activities across multiple client accounts. This includes managing paid and organic social media, email marketing, website updates, reporting, and ongoing digital content production.
You will be a hands-on contributor who keeps digital campaigns organized, active, and optimized. Youll work alongside creative, technology, and account teams to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver measurable results. Youre a digital doer with an eye for detail, an aptitude for multitasking, and a passion for whats next.
Key Responsibilities
The day-to-day will evolve, but core duties include:
- Execute and monitor paid and organic campaigns across social and digital platforms.
- Make website updates and publish blog content using CMS platforms.
- Post organic content and manage publishing schedules across client channels.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Create and send email campaigns or newsletters via platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Assist with compiling, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs related to website, email, and social performance.
- Support planning and strategy discussions with analytics, platform knowledge, and client context.
You will also:
- Keep internal stakeholders informed with regular task status updates and deliverables.
- Prepare digital marketing reports and insights for internal and client use.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, platforms, and digital best practices.
- Assist in developing content calendars and campaign timelines in collaboration with creative, technology and account teams.
- Help maintain and improve internal processes and checklists.
- Approach every project big or small with a calm, positive, solution-oriented mindset.
