About The Role
We are actively looking for an experienced Audience Acquisition Specialist to support a growing portfolio of executive events. You'll work on a variety of programs which directly help drive our business by enabling our client's most senior executives to connect with their peers. Primary focus for this role will be on audience acquisition and demand generation to ensure targeted contacts from the high priority accounts are participating in our exclusive executive events, and ultimately deliver business impact. You will work closely with the Event Manager lead on each event, and leverage data and CRM systems to develop targeted invitation lists and execute effective outreach strategies. This manager will also work in collaboration with Sales to ensure the right contacts are included in the audience acquisition plan for each event.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive audience development and demand gen strategy to maximize event attendance and engagement in our client's portfolio of executive event programs
- Engage the RIGHT contacts from the RIGHT accounts to participate in our executive event programs
- Design and implement strategies to attract, engage, and convert executive contacts to confirmed attendees
- Utilize CRM data and other sources to identify and research key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Advocate for sales and marketing alignment to ensure optimization across the organization
- Keen eye on performance metrics with focus on ROI
- Have a deep understanding of the executive audience and our customers, ensuring their interests, priorities, and business goals are considered when targeting them to attend programs
- Collaborate with the Event Manager to define target audience criteria for each event based on event goals, ideal customer profiles, and account-based marketing strategies for these invitation-only events.
- Collaborate with sales executives, field marketing, creative and other cross functional marketing groups.
- Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure seamless integration of event data with the CRM system and marketing systems.
- Adding EAs to SFDC
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a demand generation, audience acquisition, event marketing, or field marketing role, in the B2B/enterprise software industry including specific experience in generating demand for executive events.
- Possess high levels of tact and diplomacy and ability to interact with all levels of people including senior executives
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices, particularly in relation to executive audiences.
- Resourceful and a self-starter who works best in a team environment
- Extensive experience working closely with multiple extended teams including sales, presales, alliances, and marketing
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Salesforce experience is required and Tableau experience is desired
- Positive and have a consistent customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks
- Sense of urgency and strong work ethic are musts
- Desire to keep up with best practices and industry/market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledgeable about the executive audience
