Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
  • Analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Track and report on social media and website analytics regularly.
Content Creation & Management
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for blogs, websites, email newsletters, social media, and more.
  • Create engaging, original content tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Repurpose and optimize content for different channels and formats (e.g., video scripts, infographics).
Social Media Management
  • Plan and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and platforms to incorporate them into campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Grow and manage online communities to foster brand loyalty and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience : 3+ years in digital marketing and content writing roles.
  • Content Expertise : Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience with SEO-focused content creation.
  • Social Media Knowledge : Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Tools Proficiency : Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, Grammarly, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Marketing Tools : Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in B2B or B2C content marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools for creating visual content.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, or similar).
