Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting stewardship and marketing activities that promote donor retention and growth, as well as enhancing the Foundation brand. Reporting to the Director of Stewardship & Marketing, this role collaborates closely with the Philanthropy and Operations departments. The coordinator provides support for daily marketing and stewardship tasks, data analysis, reporting, communications, event planning, social media, and donor engagement.
Essential Functions:
  • Develop and deploy e-newsletters (Mailchimp), website content, and social media calendars using tools like Sprinklr, Canva, Facebook Business Manager, and Adobe Suite.
  • Assist with project planning and scheduling, utilizing project management tools like Monday.com to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread copy for various materials, including announcements, posters, letters, invitations, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Support the Director of Marketing & Stewardship with daily tasks, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Contribute to campaigns, project management, and research efforts within the marketing & stewardship team.
  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, SEO, and other online initiatives.
  • Coordinate CRM efforts for promotions and events, including registration and payment processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, recommending strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including donors.
  • Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
  • Associate of Arts degree or some college coursework; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related experience; 3 years preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Training:
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), CRM systems, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, ethical conduct, and knowledge of fundraising and development.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and relate positively with diverse audiences.

Pay Range
