ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Strategist to join our premier client's team in either Seattle, WA or Chicago, IL. This is a full-time position, starting as a 6-month contract. This role is critical in driving performance marketing and lead generation programs through expert media planning, campaign tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of paid media plans in partnership with a third-party media agency
- Build and manage Marketo lead generation programs across paid social and content syndication platforms
- Create and map campaign tracking codes (TRKs) to ensure accurate campaign attribution
- Manage and deliver marketing assets to the media agency using Workfront
- Facilitate the asset review process in collaboration with the campaign manager and other stakeholders
- Ensure timeline adherence and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams within the Marketing organization
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- 6+ years of experience in paid media strategy and planning
- 6+ years of experience building lead generation programs in Marketo
- 6+ years of experience using Workfront Project Management for asset coordination
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work cross-functionally under tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate execution of action items
- Marketo Certification (bonus)
- Demonstrated ability to manage external agency relationships effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
