Salas O'Brien
The expected base salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
This role is also eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive U.S. based benefits package, including:

Job Description/Position
Our San Jose office is looking for a full-time MEP CAD/Librarian. We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, & energetic, entrepreneurial self-starter who can make decisions, work independently and support many different requests. Individual must be proficient in AutoCAD (Xref, paper space and model space) have experience with drafting standards, and able to update drawings to reflect the new conditions. Applicant must be familiar with all trades, with a heavy focus on architectural, mechanical, and electrical projects.
Preferred Skills for the Position:
- Basic understanding of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Base/Record drawing updates and maintenance per client request and standards. This includes all drawing disciplines include architectural, mechanical, electrical, furniture, civil, fire protection, and others.
- Rapid response to drawing requests from internal and external clients, including contractors.
- Exceptional customer service is a must and an ability to work with different personalities.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to prioritize and execute requests effectively.
- Good organizational skills including daily tracking of project close outs and drawing requests.
- Associate's or technical Degree in drafting/design or be currently enrolled in a program
- High level of proficiency AutoCAD 2018 or newer.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Extremely high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- High energy, ability to multi-task, work independently, and assumes ownership of assignments
- Ability to work with different personalities and varying levels of experience in the firm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Revu BlueBeam
- Proficiency or experience in database or enterprise resource planning software
