Job Description

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce.
• Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews on site.
• Inspect workmanship and materials for quality control.
• Address and resolve on-site issues and delays promptly.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the project manager.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years in a commercial superintendent role
• Experience with ground-up projects valued at $5M+
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of maintaining clean and safe work sites
• Passion for construction
