Role Description:
As a Senior Content Designer on Dash, you’ll shape the UX for next-generation AI-powered products. Your work will focus on high-impact Growth areas, such as onboarding and activation, while ensuring content is simple, helpful, and trustworthy. You’ll drive end-to-end content design and strategy, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Drive content strategy and UX writing across key Growth experiences.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, friendly, and accessible experiences.
• Partner with designers, engineers, researchers, and PMs to align content with design and product goals.
• Ensure content follows localization, accessibility, and style guidelines.
• Leverage metrics and user feedback to refine and improve experiences.
• Contribute to critiques, workshops, and team reviews to elevate craft.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of professional writing experience, including 5+ years in content design/content strategy.
• Full end-to-end content design process experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing in-product content design work.
• Proven experience collaborating with product designers, researchers, and engineers.
• Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Skilled at crafting style-consistent content with a controlled vocabulary.
• Strong UX writing background with ability to simplify technical concepts.
