Make a difference as a Multi-Site Community Manager

Zen Living Management is seeking an accomplished Community Manager to oversee our 545-unit community in East Dallas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong, verifiable track record of enhancing property performance and will have experience managing a large team across multiple communities from a central office. As a Community Manager, you will embody ambition and motivation, fostering a "win-win" attitude within your team. Your leadership will shine through your coaching and mentoring, ensuring accountability at all levels.

Exceptional communication skills are essential, as you will guide each team member in contributing to the overall success of the asset. Proficiency in overseeing collections, leasing, the turn process, and renewals will be vital to your success. Experience with Entrata and lease-up processes is highly preferred, along with industry designations or a 4-year degree, making you a strong candidate for this role.

To excel as a Community Manager at Zen Living Management, a strong foundation in property management principles is essential, complemented by a high school diploma, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree viewed as a plus. Bilingual capabilities can significantly enhance communication with diverse residents and staff. Familiarity with Entrata software is highly advantageous, as it streamlines operations and improves efficiencies. Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable environment. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong negotiation skills are also necessary to manage challenges effectively.
