Are you a visionary marketing leader with a passion for storytelling, brand strategy, and cross-functional collaboration? Join MICA as our Vice President of Marketing & Corporate Communications and lead the charge in elevating our brand, strengthening our market presence, and delivering value to the medical professionals we serve.

This is a hybrid role with a consistent in-office presence required , offering the opportunity to work closely with an engaged leadership team and collaborative colleagues across the organization.

As a key member of MICA’s leadership team, you will shape and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy that reflects our mission, amplifies our voice in the market, and supports enterprise-wide goals. You’ll lead a talented, high-performing team responsible for content, creative design, and brand messaging across all print and digital channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive enterprise-wide marketing strategy to enhance competitive positioning and promote MICA’s unique value proposition.
• Lead and mentor a collaborative team of marketing and communications professionals.
• Strengthen internal and external engagement through compelling storytelling and brand consistency.
• Oversee the website, digital presence, publications, annual reports, and CRM strategy.
• Provide market insights and thought leadership to shape business development efforts and product strategy.
• Represent MICA at industry events and with our valued policyholders and partners.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, insurance industry experience preferred.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Brings strong strategic thinking and excellent communication skills, with a knack for translating vision into action.
• Is a collaborative leader who builds strong teams and fosters innovation and accountability.
• Thrives in a mission-driven environment and wants to make a real impact in the healthcare space.
• Is located in (or willing to relocate to) the Phoenix area and can maintain a consistent in-office presence.
