Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Summary
As a Director of UX Design, you will play a strategic leadership role in defining the Marketplace experience. By innovating on the worlds biggest stage, you will have the chance to shape the future of retail and beyond. If you are motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and have a deep understanding of markets to deliver customer and business value, and can adapt style and best practices to accommodate cultural differences, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain collaborative and strategic alliances with a wide range of partners across the business and industry and leverage their support to drive business programs priorities
  • Create an environment that supports collaboration with people from different functions and have different technical viewpoints
  • Provide insights on the impact of cross functional team collaboration on achieving strategic goals
  • Support colleagues and stakeholders to develop their understanding of technology business and performance to identify solutions to deliver improved services solutions and relationships
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have:
  • A strong strategic mindset and a systems thinking approach
  • Expertise in developing enterprise solutions and tools, streamlining workflows, and driving engagement and growth
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills and a keen understanding of trends in the marketplace in and out of retail
  • Ability to communicate concepts in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels of understanding and levels of seniority
  • Track record of shipping high impact customer-facing products in a fast-moving and changing environment one that celebrates experimentation, iteration, and shipping
  • Experience leading product design process and building strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Ability to produce great work in short timeframes, multitask across different projects and platforms and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business
  • Deep experience with business requirement gathering, end-to-journey mapping, facilitating sessions like Design Sprints, conducting competitive analysis, and leading rapid concepting and prototyping
  • Champion of a design philosophy that is inclusive of all people
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $190k – $200k. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
