A rapidly scaling consumer brand backed by marquee investors, building a strong presence across digital and offline channels by delivering premium, purpose-driven products to modern consumers.
Role Overview:
- As the CMO, you will be responsible for leading the brand, performance marketing, and consumer insights functions to drive growth and build a strong, differentiated brand identity.
- You will craft the long-term marketing strategy and execute full-funnel initiatives that balance brand equity with performance-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall marketing strategy spanning brand, digital, offline, and experiential channels.
- Own customer acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics across digital and traditional platforms.
- Build and scale performance marketing engine using data-backed strategies to drive ROI.
- Lead consumer research, category insights, and market intelligence to inform product and brand decisions.
- Build a unified brand identity across all touchpoints to strengthen customer love and recall.
- Work closely with founders, category, and product teams to shape GTM strategy and innovation roadmap.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across brand, digital, and communications.
Ideal Candidate:
- 15+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C or consumer brands, with deep expertise in growth and brand building.
- Exposure to startup environments and ability to build from scratch in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM, ISB, FMS, MDI, XLRI or equivalent) preferred.
