About the Role
We are seeking a Data Visualization Designer / Infographic Designer who can go beyond design execution to interpret and digest data, then transform it into consumer-facing visuals that are fun, engaging, and easy to understand. This role focuses on public-facing infographics and creative data stories that will live across marketing campaigns, websites, social channels, and branded content-helping audiences connect with information in a visually compelling way.
Responsibilities
• Read, analyze, and digest raw data or research findings, then translate them into clear, consumer-friendly visuals.
• Design infographics and data visualizations that are engaging, playful, and easy to interpret at a glance.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure visuals resonate with external audiences.
• Develop concepts that simplify complex information without losing accuracy.
• Balance creativity with clarity-making sure the design communicates the right story in a fun and approachable way.
• Produce visuals optimized for a range of consumer-facing platforms (social media, web, email, campaigns, presentations).
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in infographic design, consumer-facing data visualization, or related work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn data into fun, engaging consumer-facing graphics.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to independently interpret data and craft visuals that are accurate yet easy to understand.
• Experience designing for consumer brands, marketing campaigns, or digital content is highly preferred.
• Motion graphics or interactive visualization skills are a plus.
