The Planet Group is looking for an Associate Creative Director to work with our beauty/retail client! This is a 6-month contract opportunity, either remote or Hybrid in San Francisco! Associate Creative Director Responsibilities:
- Own the creative strategy, concept and execution for campaigns across paid, social, digital and in-store
- Lead campaign alignment cross functionally and present to key stakeholders
- Mentor and lead a team of art directors and designers, including delegating work to team members
- Oversee photo and video shoots including on-set direction, ensuring alignment with campaign vision
- Review and approve work across all campaign’s phases from concept through to execution
- 10+ years’ creative direction and design experience working with beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle brands
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience a plus!
- Proven experience leading large-scale 350 campaigns and directing photo and video shoots
- Experience leading and managing a small creative team, including delegating projects
- Strong communicator with the ability to present to key stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
