At Spotlight Media, we’re an official TikTok Shop Partner agency helping the most-loved brands crush it in social commerce. We live where e-commerce, creativity, and culture collide- and we’re looking for a Content Creator Intern in Los Angeles to help us scale our content production. 

If your FYP is your second brain and you love figuring out why something blows up, you’re probably going to fit right in.

What You’ll Do 

• Short form content creation skills
• Copywriting skills for writing engaging and relevant captions
• Cooking up content that feels iconic, not cookie-cutter
• Collaborate with our creative + content teams (in office + on site at beauty brand HQs)
• Brainstorm & pitch trend-driven, scroll-stopping ideas that actually convert
• Work cross-functionally with brand managers to execute campaigns
• Support day-to-day content execution & scheduling

What We’re Looking For 

• Based in Los Angeles, CA (must be able to work from DTLA or Culver City)
• Senior in college or recent grad preferred
• Proven experience creating, filming, and editing TikToks/Reels (personal or professional)
• Strong grasp of TikTok trends + culture (you don’t just scroll- you analyze)
• Comfortable with basic video editing tools
• Strong communication + collab skills

This is a content creation-heavy role, expect to get hands-on with everything from scripting to directing to shooting IRL content with some of the top beauty brands in the industry. You’ll also get a front-row seat to how content marketing works at scale, and the chance to sharpen your creative strategy skills while working on campaigns that drive real results.
