Position Summary

The Marketing Designer will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of MTN across all marketing channels. This creative professional will develop designs that communicate MTN’s premium brand image, ensuring consistency across print, digital, events, and product marketing materials. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual assets that engage audiences and elevate MTN’s market presence.


Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Brand Execution

- Develop high-quality visual assets for print, digital, social media, events, and product launches.

- Ensure all designs align with MTN’s brand guidelines and premium visual identity.

- Design presentations, brochures, ads, invites, training materials, and event collateral.

- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver consistent creative output.

Marketing & Campaign Support

- Partner with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design needs for campaigns.

- Create visuals that support lead generation, sales enablement, and brand storytelling.

- Adapt designs for multi-channel use (email, web, social, print, trade shows).

Event & Showroom Design Support

- Produce branded visuals for events, including booth graphics, signage, and digital displays.

- Support the design of MTN’s showrooms, VIP areas, and customer experience spaces.

- Work closely with the events team to ensure world-class brand representation.

Collaboration & Process

-Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to understand design needs.

- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.

- Contribute to the evolution of MTN’s visual identity and design systems.


Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B or premium brand industries.

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both digital and print design.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.

- Experience designing for events, trade shows, and/or product marketing.

- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and deadlines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Work Location

This is an in-office position based in Fort Lauderdale. The Marketing Designer is expected to work in the Fort Lauderdale office four (4) days per week and spend every Wednesday working from the Miramar office.
