Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of Graphic Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Experience creating imagery to support social media brand storytelling.
  • Experience leading the creative process from concept to completion.
  • Experience developing graphics with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Experience gathering requirements, pitching design concepts, and delivering the final product.
  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations.
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and enhances understanding at all levels.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ideate, develop, and direct creative assets in partnership with strategic and creative partners.
  • Create unique and original content across all internal communications and branded social media platforms.
  • Participate in kickoff, progress, and presentation meetings with stakeholders and creative partners.
  • Produce multimedia assets for print and digital channel delivery.
  • Identify and implement new techniques and processes within larger creative teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify potential solutions.
  • Serve as a SME and share design and internal communications industry best practices with colleagues.
  • Ensure assets adhere to brand and verbal standards, compliance and privacy regulations, and web policies.
  • Finalists will be asked to provide a portfolio showcasing digital work samples.
