Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or related field preferred

  • Strong Understanding of implementing & optimizing influencer campaigns across all platforms
Job Description:

As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in executing impactful influencer campaigns across top platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships, from initial discovery and communication to campaign briefing, performance tracking, and reporting. Collaborating closely with our social, brand, and creative teams, you'll help ensure that our influencer-driven content not only boosts brand awareness but also fosters genuine engagement and cultural relevance. Support the development and execution of influencer campaigns and always-on programs.

Essential Duties:
  • Source and evaluate potential influencers whose values align with brand goals, campaign KPIs, and target audience demographics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and talent representatives, ensuring consistent, timely, and professional communication.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive campaign briefs, product sample mailers, and influencer kits that inspire high-quality content.
  • Oversee the progress of influencer campaigns, ensuring that content aligns with brand standards, messaging, and timelines.
  • Manage influencer content deliverables, approvals, and performance reporting to ensure all campaigns are on track.
  • Assist with contract execution and ensure compliance with legal requirements, usage terms, and brand guidelines.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and creator content to uncover new opportunities for engagement and campaign inspiration.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of influencer activity, ensuring internal assets and campaign details are organized and easily accessible.
  • Support the planning and execution of influencer gifting programs, in-person events, and activations to build deeper connections with creators.
  • Work closely with media, social, and creative teams to secure rights for influencer content and amplify top-performing materials across platforms.
  • Help expand influencer marketing efforts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging social platforms.
Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Skilled at managing multiple influencer partnerships and timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong ownership mentality with a collaborative approach, consistently taking initiative to drive results and support team goals.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent representatives, and internal teams through clear and effective communication.
  • In-depth knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and a strong understanding of creator best practices, KPIs, and platform nuances.
  • Deep understanding of current influencer marketing trends, internet culture, and Gen Z behaviors to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Later, Sprout, Grin, Aspire, etc. is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, deadline-driven environments while maintaining a calm and focused approach.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, for live events and time-sensitive campaigns.

Job Details:
  • Work Hours: Onsite Monday - Friday, Standard Business Hours
  • Pay Range: $26.00 - $28.00/hr
