- Screen/Direct incoming phone calls
- Greet/Route all incoming customers
- Patient scheduling
- General administrative clerical support
- Assist in Marketing and Social Media
- Open/close facility

Politely and professionally greet customers and properly conduct telephone inquiries while efficiently facilitating the needs of customers.
