What We're Looking For:
INH Properties is looking for a full-time energetic, dependable Assistant Community Manager for multiple properties in Maplewood, MN. This position will play an important role in the success of the properties. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Light Administration
- Leasing units
- Resident Relations
- Property Upkeep
- Light Maintenance and Cleaning
- Maintain positive resident relations
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience
- Proven work experience in multifamily management
- Energetic, dependable self-starter
- Well-Organized
- Strong leasing skills/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred, but not required
Working Conditions:
- Part Time
- Hourly
- $18.00 - $20.00 Depending on experience; plus commissions
- On-call 3 days a week
