Job Description
Well-established commercial real estate company located in Duluth seeks to hire an in-office/on-site Marketing Coordinator to develop and maintain marketing collateral for office and retail properties, trade shows and corporate uses. Collaborate with brokers and senior management on all aspects of marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create property marketing materials. Flyers/brochures will contain photos, lease plans, marketing aerial, tenant list, demographics, traffic counts, floor plans, etc.
- Order and track all leasing signage for properties (does not include tenant signs, monuments)
- Maintain website listings and general content
- Maintain listings with CoStar/LoopNet to include flyers, plans, photos, and descriptions of available spaces; maintain the profiles of leasing agents. Other listing services are a bonus.
- Maintain broker network list and eblast as needed about vacant/upcoming available spaces
- ICSC annual retail trade show: design, set up and take down trade display; prepare spiral binder of current flyers for reference
- Daily scan of e-newsletters (general news and industry publications) for pertinent info relating to properties/clients. Share with team members and/or client owners as appropriate
- Monitor eblasts from other brokers for pertinent information
- Order and maintain Corporate print material: business cards, stationery
- Screen leasing phone calls and send initial info to prospects; back-up front desk as needed
- Assist upper management with Pitch Packages for potential new clients as needed; create and maintain brochures, team bios
- Develop future marketing initiatives with video of available spaces and properties
PROFICIENCIES REQUIRED:
- InDesign – create and maintain property flyers and corporate collateral (graphic design experience is ideal)
- PowerPoint - create major client's quarterly meeting report, special flyers, lease plans, market aerials, client monthly report covers, designs for social media posts
- MS Word / MS Excel / MS Outlook
PROFICIENCIES HELPFUL:
- Photoshop
- CoStar / Loopnet - Administrator for property listings, research, CoStar / LoopNet eblasts
- Constant Contact (or other email services) - regular eblasts for available spaces
- LinkedIn / X - create posts for selected new leases, tenants and properties; plus general content
- Video editing experience is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA with minimum 1-3 years office experience
- Temperament for fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, dealing with deadlines and interruptions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of commercial real estate concepts and terminology is helpful
Company offers a salary to $60,000 plus benefits including bonus, medical (100% company paid for employee), dental, vision, 401k with 4% company matching, 8-10 paid holidays, 16 PTO days upon hire (increasing 1 day per year of service, up to 26 days), leave of absence (maternity/paternity - 5 days paid leave), major illness/temporary disability (including birth of child) - 2 weeks 100% of pay + 2 weeks 50% of pay, bereavement leave - 3 days and more! This is an in-office role - Mon-Thurs can be flex 8am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm) and Fridays are early release at 3:30pm or 1pm if holiday weekend.
