Job Summary

Join our dynamic Advertising team as a Product Designer and play a crucial role in enhancing client's seller advertising and promotion experience. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and evolve our platform, improving client's marketplace for C2C and B2C sellers. You will be instrumental in taking market-leading, user-centered design solutions from concept to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the end-to-end user experience of client's suite of seller tools.
• Collaborate with team members on product discovery activities to set strategic product direction.
• Develop frameworks to codify solutions for key customer problems and participate in evolving UX frameworks.
• Serve as a co-founder in cross-functional teams to identify and validate user problems and devise effective solutions.
• Apply industry trends, research insights, and feedback to create impactful product designs.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong proficiency in UX/UI design for web-based and native mobile applications.
• Experience with user-centered design processes in agile environments.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize research, insights, and business requirements into user-experience solutions.
  
  

Industry Experience

Previous experience in the e-commerce sector, especially in creating tools and platforms for sellers, is highly beneficial.
