Tiny Hero is an LA-based, industry-leading entertainment advertising agency specializing in A/V campaigns — from trailers and teasers to TV spots and social media content. We partner with the biggest studios and streamers in the world to bring stories to life in bold, creative ways.

We’re looking for a mid-to-senior level Producer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves making the impossible happen on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage projects from kickoff to delivery for trailers, teasers, TV spots, and social campaigns
  • Be the client’s go-to partner — building relationships, understanding their needs, and keeping them happy
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources while keeping the creative bar sky-high
  • Collaborate with editors, writers, designers, and vendors to ensure every frame shines
  • Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them with style

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years producing A/V campaigns in entertainment marketing (agency or in-house)
  • A proven track record managing multiple high-profile projects at once
  • Killer communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort being client-facing, juggling priorities, and keeping teams motivated
  • A love for movies, TV, and the creative process

Benefits & Compensation

  • PPO Blue Shield health insurance (includes vision & dental)
  • Pay range: $65,000 – $100,000/year (based on experience)
