The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive with deep knowledge of QSR and CPG clients to accelerate revenue through strategic agency relationships. Your focus will be selling social-first video solutions— especially CPV custom and branded video campaigns.

While primarily an individual contributor role, you’ll also act as a strategic lead for a dedicated sales “pod,” including an Account Executive (direct report), Account Manager, and Media Planner (dotted-line reports). It’s ideal for a seller eager to win business and step into team leadership and strategic ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Solution Selling: Present social-first video advertising solutions that align with brand goals and KPIs, leveraging our CPV model and first-party data.
  • Drive Revenue: Prospect, pitch, and close new business with advertising agencies focused on QSR and CPG brands.
  • Lead Your Pod: Guide a cross-functional team responsible for executing your vision and growing your client portfolio.
  • Deepen Relationships: Build and maintain long-term agency partnerships.
  • Market Thought Leader: Stay updated on trends in digital video, branded content, social media, especially in QSR and CPG verticals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Content, Social, and Product teams to ensure excellent client experiences and campaign results.
  • Forecast & Negotiate: Manage pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and negotiate contracts beneficial to clients and the company.

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in digital media sales, especially social-first video advertising and custom content.
  • Experience selling into advertising agencies, particularly with QSR and/or CPG clients.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs like CPV and selling creative solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • “Player-coach” mentality—excel at sales and mentoring others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate data into persuasive stories.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for pipeline, proposals, and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network within QSR and CPG media agencies.
  • Experience with CPV or other performance-based video models.
  • Familiarity with video ad tech platforms and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of social media monetization methods like sponsored posts, paid partnerships, native videos.

Compensation Range:

The salary range is $130,000 to $145,000, with actual pay based on experience, skills, education, location, and performance. Factors include job knowledge, scope, and capabilities.
